MIL SERIES CONTACTORS

Our MIL Series Contactors can be used for electrical voltage up to 690V. They can also be used to drive three-phase motors, resistive and inductive loads (AC1 and AC3 functions). Every contactor is individually tested to ensure the highest reliability of each product realized.

We can list the main technical specifications:

• maximum operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C;
• maximum storage temperature from -60°C to +90°C;
• levels of shocks up to 30 g;
• level of vibrations up to 300 Hz;
• high reliability, over 10 million cycles.

To allow a considerable reduction in costs, they are developed and designed with the possibility to:

• supply the coil both in DC and in AC 50/60 Hz, indifferently;
• manage the coil directly from PLC, thanks to their low current consumption that means their low current required;
• avoid any other overcurrent protection circuit external to the contactor, because it is already into the contactor.

MIL Series Contactors are available in different sizes, DC and AC versions and ermethically sealed. It is possible to realize any kind of IN-OUT configurations and add auxiliary contacts in every mode. To ensure the maximum safety, all the double or triple coil configurations are equipped with mechanical interlocking , which prevent the simultaneous activation, on more pathways, also with incorrect simultaneous commands.
